Your garden looks lovely and it is so nice to see flowers starting to bloom! It is spring! cute puppy too!
Thanks Maryann! I’m usually bad at keeping stuff alive, so it’s nice to see that the garden is flourishing. Mostly thanks to my husband though

I am not too great at keeping things alive and growing either. I guess that is why I am always impressed when I see nice gardens! Maybe one day I will be successful too! I do know it is a lot of work getting them started.
Kea is getting so big! Your garden looks great!

I know, Kea is growing so fast! I won’t be able to pick her up and carry her around much longer.

What breed is Kea?
She’s a rescue dog so we’re not sure. Her mom is a purebred Lab, and some of the other puppies in the litter were DNA tested. Their results for the dad came back as some kind of terrier and 1/4 pit bull. I think that’s where she gets the stocky chest from, but luckily it’s only a small percentage if that’s even accurate (different puppies got different results).

Thanks Danielle! I have to give most of the credit to my husband, he does most of the set up and I just water it

I just showed my husband the picture of your blueberries in my ongoing effort to get him to put in some garden beds for berries. “If we had blueberry bushes, they would be doing this right now!” I’m not sure if I’ve managed to convince him.
And everything else is looking good too–you are going to have so many onions!
Love the Kea picture. Enjoy holding her while you can–she is getting big!

I got a little overzealous while planting the onions. They came in bags with 40 bulbs and I got several varieties. It didn’t occur to me that if I planted them all at the same time, I was going to harvest them all at the same time too. We use a lot of onions, but I’ll have to freeze a bunch and give some away if they all make it.

That first picture of the blueberries is beautiful! I never realized that they were white before they got their color in! And Kea is so darling. She looks great!

The puppy is adorable!! I love the soaker hose. I need to add that to my garden, it would save so much time.
Wow! That is a lot of onions! You will be good on onions for a while
I wish we had the space to grow a garden. We do some container gardening and are able to get several varieties of plants, but wish we had more space
